Orders & Payments

  • Payment is processed securely via Revolut Payments.

  • Orders are confirmed after successful payment.

Merch Purchases

  • Ownership transfers to the buyer once payment is complete.

  • For returns, see the Refunds & Returns section.

Event Tickets

  • Tickets function as unique entry vouchers.

  • Venue security, rules, and age restrictions always apply.

  • Tickets are non-refundable unless:

    • The event is canceled

    • The date changes significantly

Liability

RYCRO is not responsible for:

  • Venue rules, safety, or third-party conduct

  • Entry refusal due to venue policy

  • Force majeure events (weather, emergencies, cancellations outside our control)

Refunds & Returns Policy

Merchandise

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for physical products (EU consumer law).

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Customer covers return shipping unless the item is faulty

Tickets are non-refundable except when:

  • The event is canceled

Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Shipping Providers

We ship via:

  • Croatian Post

  • GLS

  • DPD

  • Other carriers where available

Worldwide Shipping

International orders are accepted unless restricted by local laws.

Customs duties, import taxes, and fees (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or fails to arrive, contact us within 7 days of the delivery attempt.
